We , Jim and Carol Kienlen guarantee this puppy to be healthy as confirmed by our veterinarian and stated on the Health Certificate through the State of Florida.
If within seventy two hours of receiving your puppy you take him / her to your veterinarian and your vet states in writing that this pup is unhealthy or sees a condition that could or would limit a normal life expectancy or conditions

which would incur unusual medical care and expenses , we will refund your money on the return of the puppy back to us. We will not refund back any medical expenses incurred for medical treatments not authorized by us.
Also if within the first year of life if your veterinarian diagnoses a genetic condition which will limit life expectancy we will refund your money on return of the puppy.
